Conspiracy Theory?

One can look up the term in any wikipedia, "conspiracy theory" is actually defined as a socialogical phrase that posits that much of what is known, is a deception created to suppress some secret, or ancient truth. According to modern scholars, two things are vital: The theory must not be delivered in an outlandish or rediculous way... and it must have proof.

We will present our theory with eloquence and respect... and above all, we will submit proof! The scientific data contained in this web site is a matter of public knowledge and it is known that even organizations like the US EPA have been in possesion of these facts for some time.

Proof That:

  • Allied Waste deliberately withheld information regarding the toxicity of landfills
  • All HDPE liners leak
  • Ground water contamination is a result of schedule D landfills
  • There is no difference between MSW and Hazardous Waste landfills in terms of noxious gases
  • The concept that a plastic "cap" is going to keep out burrowing rodents is absurd
  • Once the cap is breeched formation of leachate is inevitable
  • The liner will only delay, not prevent the release of toxic leachate into ground water

Additionally, we will show you that Federal charges of price fixing, malfeasance, and worse of all, operating a cartel have been levied. Nationwide waste handlers have been the prime focus of government investigations into allegations of anti-trust law violations, swindling stock holders, and poisoning whole communities.

If a conspiracy does exist, it lies in the creation and perceived public support of any entity whose designation is to poison whole communities.

Cumberland County Land Development LLC is one such an entity

CCLD LLC is just one name of hundreds used by Allied Waste. It seems that each time the light comes on and the roaches are exposed they simply scatter and change their name. At last count Allied Waste has nearly 450 subsidiaries. These names are designed to avert our attention away from the truth and cast the negative light in other directions, so don't fall for it! Would you place your money in a bank, or fly on an airline that couldn't keep their name straight?

There are dozens of web sites that have made it their prime directive to expose these waste haulers for their scoff-law attitude that has lead to the contamination of our environment, and the loss of whole communities to ground water contamination and the presence of noxious gases. Again, don't be fooled because the names are different, the waste industry as a whole is the culprit, and it's time we stopped looking at the misdeads of individuals, and recognize that we are dealing with an evil entity here.

According to the WALL STREET JOURNAL June 10, 1987, two companies were charged with illegally operating a cartel, "dividing up customers among themselves, eliminating true competition, and raising prices to artificially high levels." In Chicago "Federal investigators are conducting a massive inquiry into price- fixing, bid-rigging, and other criminal antitrust activities in the booming waste disposal industry."

Federal officials said 11 grand juries are investigating criminal activities within the waste hauling industry from Florida to California.

According to the JOURNAL, "Sources close to the investigation" said that Waste Management, Inc., is being investigated in six states and Browning-Ferris Industries (BFI) is being investigated in five states. BFI is the second-largest waste hauler in the U.S. and was recently acquired by Allied Waste
